Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ChaseNChrist Worldwide. Every piece in our Christ Over Culture line is printed just for you after you place your order. Because of that, our returns work a little differently than at a typical store. Please read this policy before you buy.

Made to Order, So Please Choose Carefully

Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Before you order, please check the size chart on each product page. If you are unsure about sizing, email us at chasenchrist1@gmail.com before you buy and we will be glad to help.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If something is wrong on our end, we will make it right. We offer a free replacement or a refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is defective or misprinted
  • Is not the item you ordered

To report a problem, email us at chasenchrist1@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • Whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived, contact us at chasenchrist1@gmail.com with your order number. If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, we will help you file a claim with the carrier or reship your order.

Cancellations

Because we start making your order quickly, orders can only be cancelled before they go into production, which is about 24 hours after the order is placed. To cancel, email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order is in production, we are not able to cancel or change it.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be sent to your original payment method. Please allow about 5 to 10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are not refunded, except when the problem was our mistake, such as a damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong item.
